Information may be used to provide the platform, authenticate users, support customer onboarding, improve reporting, maintain service security, communicate product updates, and respond to sales or support inquiries.
Operational records and customer data
Checkpoint is designed to help organizations manage workforce scheduling, inspections, and operational accountability. Customer records remain subject to customer-directed workflows, administrative permissions, and any contract terms executed between Checkpoint and the customer organization.
